Several companies across the #US have issued recalls of packs of #GroundCinnamon this week after officials found samples contained elevated concentrations of #lead in the product.

Exposure to lead can cause, among other conditions, high blood pressure, headaches, stomach cramps and fatigue. Prolonged exposure can cause kidney and gastrointestinal dysfunction s, as well as neurological effects. #FoodSafety
