Hi Jeremy! Becca Shansky (the other co-chair) designed the poster, and the cool-science look was kind of the goal. @ekmiller is a rock 'n' roller, after all.

BTW, big fan of posts from both of you. We love to have smart, paradigm-shifting participants at the conference so...

Sadly — though I am an aspiring (novice) bass player myself — I can't be in New Hampshire in August; I plan to be visiting in-laws in (and seeing the rest of) France!

I would be the _worst_ kind of gadfly at a proper neuroscience conference, though, because I haven't really read anything since the mid 90s (and the rest of my field these days is completely obsessed with AI for everything)
