The most fascinating thing so far is that everyone keeps on talking to me in Japanese but I have forgotten (almost) everything I've learned from my foreign language course in uni and yet we somehow still understand what they wanted to say. 🤯

To be fair though it's mostly "here are the condiments and the chopsticks are there" 🤣

I'm having so much fun even though my body is like "stahp plz we're old" 👵

Everyone has been super nice (except for that "well actually" guy in one of my walking tours 🙄🙄🙄 seriously man why you gotta be like that) and I've been eating delicious food. 🤤
