What no one tells you about using vim is that once you get used to the movements, you instinctively want to use them everywhere else on your system. Lowkey want my whole os to have vim moves now. 😂 #vim #linux
@edfattell I can't count the number of times I've had to retype something after reflexively hitting Escape on a web form or desktop app that was...unenlightened. It's clearly their fault, not mine
@edfattell If you haven't tried the #vimium browser extension yet, you are in for a treat. It literally revolutionized how I browse around the Web. A tiling window manager (like i3wm) also pairs nicely with them 😉
