I don't mean to um actually but in this instance you'll want to keep in mind that what makes a teapot good is entirely cultural. For example, a Moroccan mint tea is supposed to aerate during the pour, so while the laminar flow is good for an Asian tea ceremony it would make a bad Moroccan mint tea.
