Still a horrible problem, but a DIFFERENT horrible problem than repossessing medical devices from individuals.

Ugh! That's even worse: Patients paying with their lives for the screw-ups of the hospital that treated them. 😵
This happened to me in 2013/2014. Hospital screwed up and cost my mother her life. #Texas' Medical #TortReform law prohibited me from suing. 🤬
