I’ve been on WP since 2016 so I’m pretty good at managing the style and content on my site, but I don’t really understand how self-hosting works, how much I can make style and formatting changes (compared to how I make changes now), and costs, etc.
I’m interested in getting my content away from AI, but I don’t want to use up your time with length explanations.
Also, about 1/3 of my content is copyrighted. Not sure that matters w/ AI.

I like the idea of getting away from WP and AI, but there’s also a part of me not independent enough to tackle this project.
