Do no you not understand that, or appreciate what that means? When the minority enacts positive law upon an unconsenting majority it is a violation of human rights. When the majority enacts positive law with popular consent–and not some caliphate or immamate or monarch–its the peak of human achievement?

I think that if you click through and read the primary sources from Wikipedia, or if you do even a modicum of review of law review articles or politicak science journal articles on this, you will find that usually people making this argument are saying that Israel has some discriminatory laws which are like Apartheid. Obviously, some people (you) go further and say Israel is literally an apartheid state. And some people also say the earth is flat.
