America is a Joke!

Mostly just Florida and the other ungovernable Republican regions.

But surely in any civilised country there should be federal rules that stop this happening?
Surely, "the constitution" should state that elected officials must act in the interests of citizens based on the best data and science available.
This has to be a basic requirement for anyone in government, in all of America?

H. L. Mencken

States like Florida are like your adult siblings who constantly self-sabotage and there's nothing you can do about it.

Unfortunately there's not really a way to hold an intervention for 21 million people.
