We should be very clear about the context here - the military blogger was condemning their command because he believed they were killing Ukrainians way inefficiently and making mistakes. So this is not a kind of a "dissident" or "opposition" - far from it. This was a rabid dog that wanted more Ukrainian blood. Great news that he put himself out of his misery.
