@Strandjunker if the Supreme Court agrees that a president can not be prosecuted unless he is impeached, that works for Biden too. I think that means Biden COULD consider the thought experiment about sending seal team six to take out Trump and get away with it.
Let's hope for Trump's sake that the Supreme Court doesn't rule that presidents can commit crimes with impunity.
Republicans always think those loopholes and privileges will only work for *them* and no one else. It's like when they voted to give George H. W.
