TiltSoft@marcioaleks Drones are invaluable for such studies. They can be equipped with sensors for temperature, gas composition and send everything by telemetry in real time. As an early warning system this is very useful. On site instruments could monitoring the overall behavior and one can send the drone when something starts to be different and eventually forecast the beginning or end of the eruption.
