List includes Moscow (they need to cut Eurasia apart somewhere and the city is to the west of it but WTF) and Ankara (also geography I guess?).
But then it's missing actual EU member capitals #Bratislava #Bucharest #Ljubljana #Nikosia #Prague #Riga #Sofia #Tallinn #Valetta #Vilnius #Zagreb.
Didn't even include #Kyiv to make up for Moscow.
