I #built the old #LEGO #roboticArm from the LEGO set 8094 from (*cough*) 1990!

It was the first #programmable LEGO set!

I bought the #original "LEGO #Technic #Control #Center " used from the #ebay. Mine broke at the time.

Here is another picture together with the #LEGO #Technic #Control #Center which has #arrived in the meantime. I only had to clean the #battery #contacts. Otherwise, it was in perfect condition. It should also be one of the biggest LEGO parts.

Instead of C(LR14) I used #rechargeable AA(LR6) #batteries, which ideally have the same length. I just had to make #holders for them, which I also made out of LEGO. lol

@Dr_Muesli classic. Man I had all the 90s technic sets. It's what I asked for every Xmas

@codemonkeymike

That's true. Back then, I had almost no other wishes than LEGO. And I loved the technic sets.
And now I'm looking forward to going through that time again with my kids.

@Dr_Muesli @codemonkeymike Oh, nostalgia! Had the same set (and most of the other ones!) Got a new one each Christmas for a number of years! 🤩

This was my favorite LEGO set at the time. Not only the ability to control and program. You could also build so many things with it, even without instructions.

And I'm happy to be able to enjoy it again.
