He spent $44 billion for Twitter. Assuming he rakes in at least $3.6 billion/year, that's 0.0001% of his income. If you make $36,000/year, that's the equivalent of $3.60.

It's not a fine with any meaning, and I'll bet he makes more money annually than that.

It's frustrating how many laws brutalize the rest of us and how few ever soil the white gloves of wealth.
