I did a two-mile hike in trail running shoes and while my back is pinging my feet are basically ok, I love my magnet egg. 😭 I might buy two, one for my back and one for my garbage feet.

I did have to stop and rest twice but that is just being sadly out of condition from three years now of being functionally hobbled. I look back and think about how a low exercise day would be two four-mile runs and an hour of yoga, it was a good life. 😰

@ouinne I would love to know more about your magnet egg that cures bad feet?! Mine are Almost Good after five solid years of only wearing Danskos 🤞
