#Alexey_Poteleshchenko died, as reported by #Russian media, in an attack on a bakery in occupied #Lisichansk on February 3. However, in the photos and videos from the scene of the impact published by them, the sign of the restaurant is visible.
#Z_military correspondents wrote that the birthday of the deputy of the so-called “#LPR” #Ivan_Zhushma was celebrated
in the cafe. #Reuters also analyzed materials from the site, and they match the location on #Google_Maps where the restaurant is listed.
In addition, #Rospublicans wrote that at the time of the strike, high-ranking collaborators from the occupation “Ministry of Emergency Situations” and the “Prosecutor’s Office” were in the “bakery”.
Until 2014, #Aleksey_Poteleshchenko worked in senior positions in the State Emergency Service of #Ukraine,
but after the occupation of part of the #Luhansk region he switched sides to the so-called “#LPR”. First, he worked in the “people's militia”, and later in the “Ministry of Emergency Situations”, becoming the “Minister of Emergency Situations of the #LPR” in September 2023.
