@alanrycroft this is a change? It's been like this, within limits, at every facility I've worked. IMO it's necessary for the health and safety of all persons on site as well as the facility itself.

Supportive housing facilities are challenging to manage and housing non-profits do require some special rights to make them safe for everyone
