NSIntegerMax@stroughtonsmith Brian Tong mentioned in his latest video that Vision Pro's Mac Virtual Display feature only works with MacBooks and specifically excluded Mac Studios or Mac Minis. I didn't find anything official from Apple but that sounds weird to me. Do you have some insights about compatibility here?
@stroughtonsmith Ah, apparently I can answer my own question: Someone did ask about that in the comments and Brian confirmed that it only connects to MacBooks with Apple Silicon and not to Macs.
Unfortunately, that immediately reduces my interest in the product significantly. I'm absolutely happy with my M1 Mac Mini and don't want to by a MacBook in addition to AVP, nor do I want to use AVP without access to my Mac.
Wonder if that will be lifted at some point but so far that's disappointing.
