Any surefire tricks to get the best price on flights these days? Looking to book BA to go 🇺🇸 ↔ 🇬🇧 and I have the sneaking suspicion I’m getting fleeced some way, some how.
@caseyliss Faredrop + Kayak and look for non-primary airports. Sometimes those are cheaper. Why BA in particular? UA transatlantic is pretty nice these days (I’m literally over the Atlantic at the moment)..
@prismon I hate United with the fire of a thousand suns.
@caseyliss Carriers go up and down quality wise, but I get it. I won’t fly AA for very similar reasons. Actually, you should take a look at JetBlue Mint (if you can swing it). That and UA premium economy are my gotos. It’s a pretty good option. Iceland Air is cheap and nice (if you don’t mind a connection in Reykjavik).
Otherwise you are at BA’s mercy, and you are paying for the brand, not the service.
