People always say Americans treat politics like a team sport, but it’s not true.

Republicans treat politics like it’s a team sport.

Democrats treat politics like *hipster teenagers* treat sports: oh sportsballs are all the same lol can you even imagine giving a shit (except that one sportsthing I know WAY too much about. Oh you’ve probably never heard of it but it’s the only part that matters)
