We are lowering the prices for Proton Pass Plus.

As a community-supported company without venture capital investors, Proton is not primarily profit-driven. If we raise prices when costs increase, we believe it's fair to reduce prices when costs decrease.

@protonmail The redirect seems to be busted. I can see the other blog posts fine.

@protonmail tried both firefox and safari and both get into protonvpn.com <-> proton.me back and forth redirect loop for that pricing entry.
@jpalko Hi there, can you try clearing your cache?
@protonmail sorry, forgot to reply to this earlier and I've been quite busy. Clearing did help indeed eventually.
@protonmail @guffo
The second link worked. The original post didn't work on two different browsers, even in private browsing mode
@protonmail I have never seen a company reduce prices after having to hike them even temporarily. Keep up the great work and community relations!

@protonmail another entry in the "HTTP 301 is dangerous and should be used with caution" file 😁

(FTR, clearing cache worked for me)

@darcher Thanks for your patience, the issue should be resolved now!
@protonmail In this day and age it is amazing to me to see a company not chase profits, but actively work in the best interest of the community they support! It’s one of the reasons why I’ve paid for the whole suite of Proton tools for years now.
@guinnessduck Thank you for the support, Alex!

@protonmail Thanks for the reminder about 2FA. Follow up: does 2FA require an internet connection to unlock locally?
@cantstopthesignal Subscribers can also enable Proton Sentinel, which helps to prevent account takeovers even when an attacker has your password: https://proton.me/support/proton-sentinel

@cantstopthesignal Logging into your Proton account would require you to have an internet connection (and 2FA is part of the login process).
@protonmail when will this be available ?
Will it be for everyone or only for people paying with $ ?
Can we also hope some reduce pricing for the other offers ?
@Coleyra HI there, anyone currently on the Proton Pass Plus plan will receive an email with instructions.
