As someone who worked in IT for almost 30 years (without giving my age away too much, I hope!), what astounds me the most about the UK #PostOfficeScandal is the irresponsible and uncaring #Fujitsu attitude in the name of money. I have always worked with teams that heard complains and thrived for fixing bugs and improving software, rather than hiding them and putting people in jail. How dis this culture of ignoring complaints and lying to users was seen as normal?
