It was a case of a translation system becoming unfalsifiable — and then legally authoritative.
When reality disagreed, reality lost.
This pattern matters far beyond this case: whenever metrics override judgement and systems stop listening to boundary truth, people closest to reality get crushed.

Ich vergesse immer wieder, wie schlimm Fujitsu war/ist, wenn ich das richtig verstehe, hat Fujitsu immer noch nicht abschliessend gezahlt und das Dokument weisst nach, dass bekannt war, dass die Buchungsdaten veränderbar waren. Und sie kriegen immer noch Regierungsverträge.
