Amo a Sam amatI am completely in favour of defacing #statues of English #monarchs who were the titular heads of #colonialism. There are so many crimes that have been written under their names, it can be no crime to deface their statue when their crimes are proudly held to be beneficent by #cunts in modern #Australia.
I'd like to leave Captain Cook out of it. His logs (not the Admiralty-sanctioned edit) show him to be an explorer first, and a remarkable person. Yes he was part of colonialism, but there's many that played a far more actively criminal role than #Cook.
