Mike’s breaking up things into smaller realistic task goals that revolve around other tasks that break up the monotony. That’s the hard part is making it practical, workable, and not boring. Music and experimentation making it simple and going with the flow.
Know at any time life can intervene, it’s good at it. If it doesn’t maybe you have more time to get a task done, or do what you want for self-care.
@serge same. I have to correct my approach to things every single day, it's hard to be realistic when your mind is so good at dreaming about how perfect things could be.
And it's hard to stay motivated when being realistic.
