@researchinenglish it links to a science article, it has a DOI and all authors are not linked to an identifier.. https://scholia.toolforge.org/work/Q124323154 Jamie Tolan is probably https://scholar.google.com/citations?hl=nl&user=FlJP5wsAAAAJ

@GerardM is there a DOI/globally unique system for paper authors? I used to have the DOI listed at the bottom with the preprint link but I figured it wouldn't be as relevant.

We currently only write about papers submitted to preprint servers (ie - arxiv). So if there's a later published paper it can often be found via the preprint server's page.

Lmk if there's anything else you'd like for us to change or if you'd like for us to write articles about your work.

@researchinenglish At @wikidata authors of papers MAY have a Wikidata item. Typically when they do, the item includes one or more external identifiers. @ORCID_Org identifiers are particularly useful. So a Wikidata identifier brings any and all identifiers together. Both a paper and an author can be expanded in a @wdscholia expressing relations expressed and implied. eg https://scholia.toolforge.org/work/Q124315362 a paper I am working on at the moment..
