I had searched for station-to-station-to-station triple plays that were not around the horn. So something like 1-2-5-4 or 3-2-5-4.
There should be an asterisk, IMO, on triple plays due to baserunning errors (see Semien, M. and Bichette, B.)

If memory serves (and I expect someone will tell me if it doesn't), Mr. Koufax led ALL OF BIG-LEAGUE BASEBALL in ERA from 1962-1966. And this in an era when starters who were in the top tier routinely pitched CGs. Unfathomable.

Fair enougjh. But looking at his IP, he had a light load and gradually grew into his ERA dominance.
Maybe if he had been with another team he would have been given too much of a workload and ruined his arm early.
So credit the Dodgers organization for their methodical approach of bringing up pitchers. I read an article on it but forget where. Essentially they had a “do it right” rather than “do it fast” philosophy.
