Day by day, it doesn’t feel like anything is being accomplished—just a lot of time spent on a trivial and repetitive chore that oftentimes feels pretty silly.
Then all of a sudden you have rock-hard abs again. Your breathing is deeper and smoother. Even without any weight to lose, your core tightens so much that you need a tighter belt. You can feel how much your core has strengthened already and know this is only the beginning.
So you’ve gotta wonder—how the hell did Dámó figure this shit out in the first place? 9 years of meditation be damned, this is not an intuitive method—but it sure as hell works exactly as advertised.
