MEXdave1997Now that the new season of anime started, what are you guys watching? Here’s my current list:
- One Piece (Egghead Island Arc)
- Solo Leveling
- Classroom of the Elite Season 3
Am looking for more shows to pick up, and welcome suggestions :)
chiasm@MEXdave1997 I usually wait for the whole season to drop and then binge watch it (or in the case of One Piece, let a dozen episodes pile up--A whole story arc takes *years*). Currently trying to get up to date on the latest season of Bride of the Ancient Magus, Dr. Stone, The Apothecary Diaries, Frieren, SpyXFamily, A Place Further than the Universe. I hear good things about Delicious in Dungeon but can't get it.
(Just finished watching Log Horizon and that was a hoot! Not current, tho.)
@chiasm some of those I’ve definitely looked at at one point or another (Dr. Stone and Spy x Family, namely), and others I’ve heard of but haven’t looked too deeply. Will explore them at some point.
As for the last comment, it’s so cool to see more people get into Log Horizon. It’s honestly one of those hidden gem type shows that I don’t see very many people talk about but should be.
@MEXdave1997 Yeah when I mentioned Log Horizon here a bunch of people came out of the woodwork in support of it. It's got a fan base. 😄
I just was looking at someone's round up of the best anime they saw during 2023 and I'd seen *none* of it. There's too much out there! Here it is--this fellow might have some recommendations, or your taste might diverge completely. 😉
