Cornwall's housing crisis #5. Cornwall Council is tendering a £125k contract for an external consultancy to help them come up with a 'Cornwall growth strategy'. No mention anymore of 'environmental growth', let alone degrowth. How many more houses will be added to the current 52,000 target?

@bernarddeacon Apart from the obsession with growth, there is a failure to accept the real issues relating to housing in Cornwall. Will the strategy look at stopping the use of dwellings for holiday homes and holiday lets?
