The Super Battle Video clearly can't be canon not because they meet the mascot for a TV station who can bend space around him, but because the Agito Riders name anything or call their attacks. Ryo would never be caught dead calling an attack. :P
(Although I imagine Shouichi has named all of his weapons, forms, and finishers, he just has never told anyone because nobody's asked.
