This is kinda cool 😊 Only a #Datenzwerg demo board, not sure it'll ever see use (especially since there's a bunch of features I want to see in the actual next version), but my first PCB ever designed, and in @kicad - just had to get it manufactured 😅

Attached: 3 images Nerd vacation! ^^ Spent the first half of the day watching some tutorials about KiCAD and then spent the second half creating my first ever board in it*. My traces are an somewhat ugly mess, the routing is also still not even remotely matching best practices, and this is really just a test, nothing I'll let produce. And yet, I'm proud of the outcome. First steps! 😊 And so much more to learn! * I indeed so far never did design a PCB from the ground up, only did perfboard stuff.

@foosel also the board looks very nice and neat!
@foosel @kicad Nice, out of interest why do you have the d1 upside down ?
@MiggyMan Historic reasons which I honestly can't even remember why we did it with the original boards... That's basically mirroring the existing Datenzwerg electronics as a first try.
