'Twas the morning (out by 06:45UT) before Christmas and all was dark and windy, but quite warm in the forest by the lake.

Inside a wee pop-up tent, in case of rain, signals from a 100 year old transmitter were being received.

@M5JFS Always next time. I found conditions somewhat noisier than past events, but the auroral oval was a bit more active this morning. It was good to see over 1100 people watching the livestream.
