marybeth15.3% of Milwaukee County roads in about one year. 2024 is my year for southside riding since it’s where I’m weakest for coverage.
Almost all of this, btw, was a ride with a purpose: a work meeting, a doctor’s appointment (to Good Hope Road 😵), visiting friends, etc etc. I do almost no rides just “for fun.” People go places and biking gets you there. So happy to see so much biking infrastructure being built in Milwaukee

@benlk our state politics are terrible but I LOVE Milwaukee and we are building safer streets as fast as we can. It is seriously a great time to be a safer streets advocate here. Also, cheap, weather isnt as bad as ya would think, people are nice, got a lot going on but still a quiet city. I lived in Madison for 6 yrs which is also very nice, but Milwaukee took my heart way faster.
