Probably won't surprise (m)any, I know, but still needs to be public knowledge.
Sir David Nielsen@lolgop so the police essentially covered for having a serial killer in their midst, because he consistently attempted to kill BIPOC individuals and it would look bad for them, if he got punished.
How is he not on death row and the entire police department disbanded?
