It still flies over the head of a lot of republicans.
They just don’t know that, it’s practically a direct translation of hitler’s rhetoric- and they’ve never believe it, even if you show them hitler’s massive speeches.
Why do all of his speeches sound like they were pulled straight from the nazis?
"Donald Trump appears to take aspects of his German background seriously. John Walter works for the Trump Organization, and when he visits Donald in his office, Ivana told a friend, he clicks his heels and says, “Heil Hitler,” possibly as a family joke.
Last April, perhaps in a surge of Czech nationalism, Ivana Trump told her lawyer Michael Kennedy that from time to time her husband reads a book of Hitler’s collected speeches, My New Order, which he keeps in a cabinet by his bed. Kennedy now guards a copy of My New Order in a closet at his office, as if it were a grenade. Hitler’s speeches, from his earliest days up through the Phony War of 1939, reveal his extraordinary ability as a master propagandist. "
Oh yeah, that’s why. Thanks vanity fair.
He's literally Dwight from that episode where Jim teaches Dwight how to deliver a speech.
He isn't smart enough to know the historical paradigm of dictator's speeches himself.
I wanna know who his Jim is.
I was thinking exactly the same thing and then I saw your comment. I bet even Trump can’t believe how far he has gotten basically saying the same type of crazy shit Hitler used to say. Trump is really calling to the baser instincts of a disturbingly large group of people.
It is incredibly dangerous, and so bizarre to witness it happening again, not as a historical narrative, but in real time.
Which might be a good idea. We’ve got the pipes sitting there already, connecting the whole continent. Might as well use them.
Before someone says it, yes, you can clean out oil pipelines enough to be used for fresh drinking water. It has been done before.
I dunno that it’s a good idea. What would the US be willing to pay for that water? I mean if it’s like the pittance water bottlers have been paying, fuck that.
Would we have restrictions on usage, and limits on how much they can take per year? Like there’s a large chunk of desert that’s growing crops and that take a LOT of water.
Lots of questions to be answered and logistics to look at first.
I never said it was old. I said it was unused.
Google TMX pipeline.
I didn’t it would for sure. I said it would be discussed.
C’mon. This is a discussion, right?
Yeah, king. Motherfucking North America was like Africa, except less hot.

Don’t forget about the giant beavers (Castoroides ohioensis)!
This page describes the giant beaver (Castoroides ohioensis). It was a mammal that lived during the last great ice age. It was the biggest of all rodents that lived during the Pleistocene. They lived in North America 35 million to 30 million years ago. They are the ancestors of modern beave
