Sorry to be the stupid compatriot here, but this misses the point.
That Telegram group is only tangentially about war crimes, they are shown there to please the audience 🤮 with the goal to encourage hate crimes against Palestinians in Israel. If soldiers in Gaza see this it may incite them to more inhuman violence, but they're generally not allowed to bring their smartphones in.
