My 10-year-old was upset today because his #Lego Boost kit had an issue. The motors still turned but it wasn't making sounds.

#TechSupport dad to the rescue! My research revealed you can update the firmware in these things but that the #LegoBoost app can't/won't do it.

Instead, you have to install the separate Lego Power Up app, pair that to the Boost unit and *then* you can update the firmware.

This worked to restore sounds to the Lego Boost unit and now 10-year-old is happy again. 😀
