@GottaLaff job numbers are meaningless when a lot of people have to work two or more jobs to survive. Still no talk of federal minimum wage increases or price caps on essential goods and services. Not very 'progressive' IMO.
@krolden @GottaLaff low unemployment means more bargaining power for employees, they can switch job more easily and make employers compete on wages and benefits.

Also, the rate of full-time employment among prime-working-age Americans is higher than it has been in over 20 years, and the share of the workforce having to work multiple jobs is down under Biden.

Median weekly wages (not averages distorted by the high or low ends) rose faster than inflation from Q3 2022 to Q3 2023 (Q4 2023 report comes out Jan. 18).
