Why do so many sequels 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬?
Of course, there are exceptions.

I’m watching the latest entry in 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘌𝘹𝘰𝘳𝘤𝘪𝘴𝘵 movies, “𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘌𝘹𝘰𝘳𝘤𝘪𝘴𝘵: 𝘉𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳,” and it just doesn’t work.

Is it directing? Writing? Something else?
