I wanted to write this since January, but let other people stop me.
I always felt like it was an important part of my LingYue series. I don't know if anyone is still interested in this old series, but it bothers ME that the series feels incomplete because this part is missing.
So I'll write it. For me. No one will stop me this time

I'm at 1,8k words notes now and have reread 6/7 of the prequel. It's really time to start writing soon.
I cut my notes into 12 parts, although part 8 is super vague and feels like a big hole in this outline... but I'll tackle that once I get there. Also, not sure if that means there will be 12 chapters

Usually, I'm overcome by feels which causes me to plan and write a fic asap without doing anything else that isn't strictly necessary (work, cook, shower, etc).
But since I had planned this fic since January, I'm rather chill about it?! Like, I wrote a bit just now and the chapter isn't done, but whatever. I'll play video games now.
I'm not used to this slow writing progress XD I don't mind! But I just hope the fic ends up well anyway

How to focus on work when mind keeps trying to fix your remaining fanfic outline?!
I think I've fixed my outline.
Gotta write 4 or 5 more chapters. (or less if they get too short. Or let's be real: more because they get too long.)
I'm currently at 10 chapters with 80k words. Editing this will take forever.
I've reached the point where I just want to be done.
But on the other hand, I'm still looking forward to writing that scene in chapter *peeks at outline* 13 I guess.

My finished first draft now:
17 chapters with 111k words in total.
