Think I found a magical combination of leftover turkey sandwich:

- Bread, toasted (ideally sourdough)
- Cranberry sauce
- Goat cheese crumbles
- Spicy hot mustard
- Leftover turkey

Slight acid, heat, sweet, gooey and cut the top of your mouth.
