My first attempt at hot sauce. Fermented for ~18 days, blended, and then some minor taste adjustments. We will see how they turn out 🙈

Day 1:
Growing some algae in a little photobioreactor setup. Was way easier than I thought. Just needed a bottle, an air pump, and then some lake or river water with algae. We will see how much grows in a few days.
Hopefully there will be enough to make some biodiesel, like I had planned 😅
