Well, it's been lovely, but now I should get my shit together and start packing to free the room and then see how I can survive the next 7 hours before my night train leaves on my coldest day here so far... when old health problems decided to come back all at once... stupid body!

Ahead of going there, Umeå did seem interesting/ promising.
But didn't expect I'd enjoy it as much as I did. Also, it's way easier to get used to the cold (wasn't even *that* cold) than it is to being in the sun. Over 40°C is fine if I can get some shade, but being in the sun?!
I got lucky enough to catch the city with holiday lights.
Something that caught my attention: the grit on the pavement! As my biggest fear ahead of this trip was slipping on ice and breaking something.
Also, drivers stop at such a distance when you cross the street!🤯 Not 1m like in Romania.😭
