Is it fair to say?

There would be no Palestinian fatalities without the war: if Hamas did not brutally attack civilians without warning or mercy. And fewer if they did not use a hospital as a shield.

Fair to say? It's unknown how often Hamas would repeat the attack and how many Israel deaths there would be if Israel did not strike back.

Agree. The enemy is fascism - here with MAGA, in Russia with Putin, in Israel with Netan-the-yahoo, ... the police state - the bullying mentality. IMO we should focus our protests on those individuals and their enablers- not the country or the people, or even the "governments," which can for good or evil.

Unfortunately, current "leaders" in Israel, promoting fear and bullying - what the Jewish people were victimized by for so many years in so many places. Ugh.

There would be and have been Palestinians before Hamas's attack on October 7. The blockade for prevented for years spare parts for incubators, dialysis machines, etc from entering Gaza. This results in death. Oh, but white collar murderers have clean hands.

It rightly torches right wing factions in Israel.

But let's give "credit" where it's due.

Hamas is equally evil. It initiated the latest blood bath against civilians. Hamas knew Israel would have no choice but to respond and that the Palestinian people that they used as shields would die.
