Good Brussels sprouts are amazing
@noondlyt friend of mine does an iron skillet fried then baked with a bunch of garlic and Parmesan it's amazing
@noondlyt One of the thinks I am thankful for is how much farmers have managed to improve Brussels sprouts, with breeding. Today's sprouts are much less bitter than the ones you could get 30 to 40 years ago, and they had to work hard to do that.
