@raumdeuter lol , yeah. I see what you mean. Although, it's not like Sanchez didn't do the exact same thing. The man downed tools and sulked until he got his Man U move. Only difference was he was a glorious failure when he went so people don't mind as much
@Beedge for sure. Also I never thought of Sanchez as "one of ours" - more like a mercenary. Kind of like Auba (despite that wonderful interview with Ian Wright).
I never expected RVP to be a turncoat, to write that damning (if not kernel of truth) open letter, to go to Man United of all places, to be part of an embarrassing 8-2, and to help them win the league.

@raumdeuter that's very true. There are some players that you never really fall in love with because you know they're not really Arsenal, they just happen to be here. Sanchez was definitely one of those for me. Auba, like you say, was another. RvP was a snake bo doubt, especially with how patient we had to be in his early years.
