I guess, to my ear, calling it a non-profit makes it sound like an org, or a kind of foundation or charity, that makes do with the money it receives, and calling it a company makes it sound more like Twitter or Facebook, or a rival to Bluesky, that continually has to make money to survive .. 🤔
