We are living through a Gilded Age 2.0.

All the worst parts of the 19th century reincarnated.

Child labor. People without access to the ballot. Homelessness. Antisemitism. Bigoted billionaires. Robber barons. Pollution. Food adulteration. Water contamination. Disease. War. Famine. A growing anti-democracy movement.

A war on the poor instead of a war on poverty.

See last time they didn't have a Gilded Age 0 but this time they learned from that and decided that was a great manual to follow. The way life should be... I don't see how they get anything they want out of all this (at least not long term)...
